The establishment of Kraft Foods in Pernambuco was very easy. We started our negotiations with the Government in June 2009, one month later, we had already signed a protocol of intention to invest with the Governor, Eduardo Campos. The Government of Pernambuco State, represented by the Governor, the Secretary for Economic Development and ADDiper were very business like in their approach and showed strong commitment to help us get the project off the ground. We were always served promptly, which allowed our manufacturing plant in Vitoria de Santo Antão to be built and undergoing testing in less than 12 months. It is worth reiterating that Kraft and ADDiper created a solid and reliable relationship in a very short time, which confirmed that the strategic decision to invest in Pernambuco was correct - as a consequence, we are already planning to expand our investment in Vitoria. We are very happy to be part of this accelerated process of economic and social development of Pernambuco
